Problem: Printer won't print and can't delete the printer
Possible Solution: This a communication problem between the printer and computer or the
transfer of file.
1.Check the cable connecting your printer and your PC if it's working properly.
2.Restart your computer and then, log the computer in
administrator mode and after that, uninstall the printer
driver and, in order to install another driver you need to restart you PC again.
