Problem: Ink and paper lights are blinking red at the same

Problem: Ink and paper lights are blinking red at the samePossible solution:

There are two possible solution to that problem, firmware issue or a mechanical.
in a firmware issue: your printer being triggered in the operation of sensing paper and ink, it can only saw low ink and no paper status at the tray.
and in the mechanical side, there is a problem on the sensing devices maybe they can only saw low ink and no paper status on the printer.
